11月4日,广东经济发展国际咨询会在广州召开,讨论主题是国际竞争力与广东发展。广东省决策者目前最为关心的问题,一是如何提高广东的发展后劲,二是如何提高广东的国际竞争力。在21位省长顾问中,6位来自美国,11位来自欧洲;除了4位是经济学专家外,其余基本上都来自世界500强企业。咨询会增强了顾问公司在广东投资的信心,促成了顾问公司与广东的合作。
On November 4, the Guangdong International Conference on Economic Development was held in Guangzhou. The topics discussed were international competitiveness and development of Guangdong. At present, the most concerned issues for policy makers in Guangdong are how to improve the development potential of Guangdong and how to improve Guangdong's international competitiveness. Of the 21 governors' advisers, six are from the United States and 11 are from Europe. All but four are economists, and the rest are basically from Fortune 500 companies. The consultation will enhance the confidence of consultants in investing in Guangdong and lead to the cooperation between consultants and Guangdong.
