钢板弹簧的疲劳特性和寿命受板簧材料的疲劳性能、板簧几何尺寸参数、加工制造工艺等多方面的因素的影响,要确定板簧的疲劳特性是很困难的,试验结果的离散性很大,必须借助数理统计方法合理地安排试验程序和处理试验结果。本文一方面依据板簧材料小试件的疲劳特性曲线,考虑板簧总成在设计、加工制造、使用过程中影响疲劳极限的种种因素,修正后得到板簧实际构件的疲劳特性曲线;另一方面直接用板簧实际构件作台架疲劳试验,探讨一种用较少的试样测定实际构件P-S-N曲线的方法。最后综合二种方法的结果,得到一组比较精确的钢板弹簧总成疲劳特性曲线,为估算板簧实际使用疲劳寿命提供了可靠的试验数据。
