国内外学者应用数学模型研究抗病毒药物作用下乙型肝炎病毒在人体内感染、复制、释放、清除的动力学过程 ,了解病毒的致病机理 ,指导临床医师制定治疗方案 ,本文就乙型肝炎病毒动力学研究进展作一综述。乙型肝炎病毒 (HBV)慢性感染是威胁全世界 3.5亿人健康的严重问题。尽管HBV的复制仅造成宿主细胞的轻微病变 ,但HBV介导的细胞免疫反应引起的肝脏损害是慢性肝炎、肝硬化及肝细胞癌发生的主要原因[1 ] 。最近 ,有学者应用数学模型的方法 ,对抗病毒药物干预下的病毒动力学进行分析 ,不仅有助于理解病毒的致病机制 ,还可帮助临床制定更为有效的治疗计划[2 ] 。本文就HBV动力学研究进展作一综述
Domestic and foreign scholars apply mathematical models to study the kinetics of hepatitis B virus infection, replication, release and clearance in the human body under the action of antiviral drugs, understand the pathogenesis of the virus and guide clinicians to formulate treatment plans. In this paper, The progress of virus kinetics is reviewed. Chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection is a serious problem that threatens the health of 350 million people around the world. Although HBV replication causes only minor changes in host cells, liver damage caused by HBV-mediated cellular immune responses is a major cause of chronic hepatitis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma [1]. Recently, some scholars have applied mathematical models to analyze the virus dynamics under the intervention of viral drugs, which not only helps to understand the pathogenesis of the virus but also helps to make a more effective treatment plan in clinical practice [2]. This article reviews the progress of HBV kinetics
