目的建立兔脓毒症模型。方法 18只新西兰兔随机等分为三组(A、B和C组)。A组和B组均在盲肠及阑尾交界处结扎,并分别用直径1.6mm和2.5mm针头对穿游离的阑尾3针,C组为假手术组。监测死亡时间和术前和术后12h两个时间点的白细胞、谷草转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮、内毒素。对两个时间点检测结果的差值行多个样本均数的方差分析。对兔死亡后的肺脏行组织学检查。结果 B组动物的白细胞、谷草转氨酶、肌酐、尿素氮、内毒素变化与A组和C组之间差异均有统计学意义,A组和C组之间差异无统计学意义。B组动物肺脏在组织学检查上显示更明显的肺损伤,而A组和C组未见。结论在兔盲肠阑尾交界处结扎阑尾,用直径2.5mm钢针对穿阑尾3次可成功建立脓毒症模型。
Objective To establish a rabbit model of sepsis. Methods Eighteen New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups (groups A, B and C). Groups A and B were ligated at the junction of the cecum and the appendix, respectively. The diameter of the appendix was 1.6mm and 2.5mm respectively. The group C was sham-operated. The death time and preoperative and postoperative 12h two points of leukocytes, aspartate aminotransferase, creatinine, urea nitrogen, endotoxin. The analysis of variance of multiple samples means the difference between the two time points. Histological examination of the lungs after the death of the rabbit. Results The changes of leukocyte, AST, creatinine, urea nitrogen and endotoxin in group B were all significantly different from those in group A and group C, and there was no significant difference between group A and group C. The lungs of Group B animals showed more significant lung injury on histological examination, while those of Group A and C were not seen. Conclusion The appendix was ligated at the appendix of rabbit cecum and the sepsis model was successfully established with the diameter of 2.5 mm for 3 times through the appendix.
