本实验比较观察了异佛司可林(isof)混悬液和毛果芸香碱(pilo)、噻吗洛尔(timo)溶液滴眼对兔眼房水动力学指标眼内压(IOP)、房水流量(F)和流畅系数(C)的影响.结果显示,2%pilo和0.5%timo均使IOP下降,但降压机制不同,前者降IOP时伴有C增大,后者伴F减少.然而,isof对IOP的影响与浓度相关:0.05%isof降低IOP;l%isof却使IOP升高,F相应增加,但C没有改变.后一现象的原因尚不清楚,推测和其舒张血管平滑肌作用有关.
In this study, we compared the intraocular pressure (IOP), intraocular pressure (IOP), aqueous humor flow rate, intraocular pressure (IOP) of aqueous solution of isofloxacin and pilo, timo solution, (F) and smoothing factor (C). The results showed that both 2% pilo and 0.5% timo decreased IOP, but the mechanism of antihypertensive was different. The former decreased IOP accompanied by increased C and the latter decreased F. However, the effect of isof on IOP was concentration dependent: 0.05% isof decreased IOP; 1% isof increased IOP but increased F, but C did not change. The reason for the latter phenomenon is not clear, presumably with its role in relaxation of vascular smooth muscle.
