一、前言使用碳氢化物作冷却保护介质是一项有效的底—侧吹转炉氧枪保护方法。但是又不可避免地引起钢中氢含量增高。为了节约作为能源物质的碳氢化物,国外进行了用CO-2气保护底吹氧枪和防止钢中氢含量上升的试验,并探讨在氧气侧吹转炉采用Co_2气作氧枪冷却保护介质的可行性。
I. INTRODUCTION The use of hydrocarbon for cooling protection is an effective bottom-side blown oxygen lance protection method. But inevitably lead to increased hydrogen content in steel. In order to save the hydrocarbon as an energy substance, experiments were carried out to protect the bottom blowing oxygen lance with CO-2 gas and to prevent the increase of the hydrogen content in the steel abroad, and to discuss the application of Co_2 gas as oxygen lance to cool the protective medium in the oxygen side blowing converter feasibility.
