全国海关1996年1—10月份,征税699.6亿元,扣除特定区域专用帐户税款17.4亿元,海关累计征收关税和进口环节税682.2亿元,提前完成全年税收计划。比去年同期增长18.55％,其中关税275.5亿元,增长12.12％,进口环节税406.7亿元,增长23.34％。全国39个直属海关中,已有上海、九龙、北京、广州、青岛、宁波、拱北、厦门、杭州、汕头、江门、海口、重庆、武汉、昆明,乌鲁木齐、满洲里、西安、成都、长沙、合肥、郑州、呼和浩特、贵阳、兰州、太原26个海关提前完成了全年税收计划。
From January to October 1996, the customs of the country collected a total of 69.96 billion yuan of tax, after deducting 1.74 billion yuan of tax for special accounts in certain regions. The Customs collected a total of 68.22 billion yuan in customs duties and import link taxes, completing the annual tax plan ahead of schedule. An increase of 18.55% over the same period of last year with a duty of 27.55 billion yuan, an increase of 12.12% and an import-link tax of 40.67 billion yuan, up 23.34%. Among 39 direct customs offices in the country, Shanghai, Kowloon, Beijing, Guangzhou, Qingdao, Ningbo, Gongbei, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Shantou, Jiangmen, Haikou, Chongqing, Wuhan, Kunming, Urumqi, Manzhouli, Xi’an, Chengdu, Changsha, Hefei 26 Customs in Zhengzhou, Hohhot, Guiyang, Lanzhou and Taiyuan completed the annual tax plan ahead of schedule.
