微量钒的测定方法很多,文献[1][2][3]对其最近发展曾有详细评述.早些时候,肖姆[4]首推用N一苯甲酰基苯胲作为测定钒的灵敏试剂.最近有人[5][6]研究改进了采用这个试剂比色测定钒的条件.特别值得注意的是赖恩[5]成功地用此法测定钢及铬铁矿中微量钒.本文着重探讨了矿石中伴生元素对其测定的影响,拟定了适合各类矿石特点的分析方法.方法是基于在盐酸介质中,借氯仿萃出苯甲酰基苯胲钒的深紫色沉淀,最后在海尔格(HiLger)分光光度计上530毫微米波长处测其光密度.
