目的探讨妊娠早期孕妇血清ADAM12-S水平与唐氏综合征的相关性。方法应用时间分辨荧光免疫分析法检测早孕期(8~11周)孕妇血清中ADAM12-S水平,并分析ADAM12-S水平变化与唐氏综合征等妊娠结局的关系。结果正常单胎血清ADAM12-S水平随孕周增加而逐渐上升的趋势,唐氏综合征等非整倍体染色体异常的AD-AM12-S水平的明显低于正常单胎孕妇,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ADAM12-S可作为产前筛查指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum ADAM12-S levels and Down’s syndrome in early pregnancy. Methods The level of ADAM12-S in serum of pregnant women in the first trimester of pregnancy (8-11 weeks) was detected by time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay. The relationship between ADAM12-S levels and pregnancy outcomes such as Down’s syndrome was analyzed. Results The level of ADAM12-S in normal single-fetus serum increased gradually with the increase of gestational age. The level of AD-AM12-S in aneuploidy such as Down’s Syndrome was significantly lower than that of normal singleton pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion ADAM12-S can be used as an indicator of prenatal screening.
