随着我国经济增长速度的不断加快,我国的经济整体规模不断加大,在对内经济体制改革和对外外资市场开放的过程中,加强市政道路项目工程建设,有利于提高我国城市建设的整体水平。成本控制是项目管理的重要组成部分,建筑工程项目成本的动态管理贯穿于工程建造的各个部分,良好的成本管理策略可以有效的控制项目成本的盈亏。本文根据我国目前城市建设活动汇总市政道路发展的环境展开分析,提出几点有利于城市道路建设和良性发展的可行性措施。
With the continuous acceleration of China’s economic growth, the overall size of China’s economy has been constantly increasing. In the process of reforming the internal economic system and opening up foreign investment markets, strengthening the construction of municipal road projects is conducive to raising the overall level of urban construction in China . Cost control is an important part of project management. The dynamic management of construction project costs runs through all parts of construction. A good cost management strategy can effectively control the profit and loss of project costs. This article analyzes the environment of the development of municipal road in our country’s current urban construction activities and puts forward some feasible measures that are beneficial to urban road construction and healthy development.
