“Valentine’s Wall ” is a love promenade built by Nanjing people in order to love couples, married couples leave the most precious and most permanent memorial, tens of thousands of dollars in investment in Nanjing Xuanqu Zhongshan pier embankment to create a love. 2 On the afternoon of the 9th, law enforcement officers of the Xiaguan Administrative Law Enforcement Brigade in Nanjing were banned. Because the newly promulgated “Jiangsu Province City Appearance and Environmental Health Management Ordinance” clearly stipulates that no unit or individual may be in buildings, structures or other facilities on the characterization, painting and posting. Just as Nanjing citizens think, “The lover’s wall provides a good channel for couples to express their emotions.” Indeed, the “lover’s wall” first gave the public a place to vent their emotions. Emotions in the heart sometimes need to talk. And this kind of talk is to a certain extent, the promotion of love, which objectively can play a catalytic role in “letting the world be full of love.” Therefore, the stand of “love wall” has its positive meaning on the one hand, so it should be allowed to exist if it is allowed to exist.
