王阳明是我国明代中叶一位著名的哲学家、教育家。阳明心学作为一种社会思潮,不仅在当时风靡一时,而且影响后世,波扬东瀛,直至当代还是海内外学术界研究探讨的一个热点。新中国建立以后,由于众所周知的原因,在阳明学的研究中,多采取全盘否定的态度。进入八十年代以来,中国学术界对宋明理学的研究相当活跃,以实事求是的科学态度评价王学,也取得了可喜的成果。这次,王阳明墓的重修,并举行由海内外学者和社会人士参加的隆重的揭碑仪式,同时召开首次国际阳明学研讨会,就表明了我们对王阳明及其学说在中国思想史上的重要地位有了公允的评价。
Wang Yangming is a famous philosopher and educator in the mid Ming Dynasty in China. As a social trend of thought, Yangming’s mind learning not only became all the rage at that time, but also influenced the future generations and the people in the world. It was not until the contemporary times or the academic research at home and abroad. After the founding of New China, due to its well-known reasons, Yang Yang’s study mostly took a holistic negative attitude. Since the 1980s, Chinese academics have been very active in the study of the Neo-Confucianism of the Song and Ming dynasties, and have evaluated Wang Xue with the scientific attitude of seeking truth from facts. They have also made gratifying achievements. This time, the rebuild of Wang Yangming’s tomb and the solemn ceremony of its inauguration by scholars and members of the public at home and abroad as well as the convening of the first Symposium on Yangming and Mingming demonstrate the importance of Wang Yangming and his theory in the history of Chinese thought Status has been fair evaluation.
