腰腿疼丸是《辽宁省药品标准》中收载的用于治疗气血双亏,腰腿酸软,肢体麻木,风寒湿痹的水丸。该药崩解度超限现象比较普遍,我们采用稀醇作粘合剂泛丸,较好地解决了这一问题。其操作方法为取药粉适量,以22%～25%的稀醇起模,泛丸,60℃干燥6小时。采用稀醇法泛丸后,崩解度由原来平均82分钟缩短到55分钟,能符合中国药典标准,取得较好的效果。
The waist and leg pain pill is a water pill used in the “Liaoning Province Drug Standard” for the treatment of qi and blood double loss, lumbar and leg weakness, limb numbness, and wind and dampness. The drug disintegration exceeding the limit phenomenon is more common, we use dilute alcohol as an adhesive pan pill, better solve this problem. The method of operation is to take the appropriate amount of powder, with 22% to 25% of dilute alcohol, Pan-Pill, dried at 60 °C for 6 hours. After the dilute alcohol method was used, the disintegration degree was shortened from the original average of 82 minutes to 55 minutes, which met the Chinese Pharmacopoeia standard and achieved good results.
