当前,全国各条战线都在深入学习贯彻党的十三届五中全会精神,都在认真学习江泽民总书记在庆祝建国四十周年大会上的讲话。摆在我们涉外税收工作面前的中心任务,就是要根据五中全会精神和江泽民总书记国庆讲话精神,结合涉外税收工作实际很冷静地考虑一下过去,也考虑一下未来。通过回顾十年来我们涉外税收工作所走过的历程,看一看有哪些成绩应该肯定,有哪些经验应该总结,有哪些好
At present, all fronts in the country are studying and implementing the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee in depth and are earnestly studying General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s speech at the General Assembly celebrating the 40th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The central task before our foreign taxation work is to think carefully about the past and contemplate the future in light of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session and General Secretary Jiang Zemin’s speech on the National Day and the tax work in foreign countries. By reviewing the course we have gone through over the past ten years in taxation related to foreign affairs, we should take a look at what achievements should be affirmed, what experiences should be concluded, and what are good
