对茄子的21个品种,16个性状的遗传力(h~2B)、遗传型变异系数(GCV)和遗传进度(GS)等项目的研究结果表明,各性状的h~2B和GCV可综合归为五类,其中单株产量为h~2B居中,GCV大一类,其遗传进度较快。通过相关研究和通径分析得出,影响单株产量的主要因素是单株结果数和单果重,及叶片数目较多、且叶形狭长的一些基本性状。 通过对供试品种及性状采用主成分分析后,最后所选留的5个主成分,应是第1、3、5主成分的值居中,第2主成分的值越大越好较多第4主成分的值越小越好。经聚类得出了5个类群,可供茄子育种时亲本选择和组合设置参考。
