Recent German “fashion” magazine to recommend a combination of double aerobics. That is, two young partners, to practice combination, work in double bodybuilding. Its characteristics are: non-single-person repetition and patchwork, but the co-operation and cooperation between the two couples and coordination, simple and feasible, relaxed and enjoyable.
