铁岭市金属回收公司于1976年成立。十多年来,企业从无到有、由小到大,逐步发展起来了。改革开放以来,企业的发展有了一定的规模和速度,于1989年划为中型企业。但和全国回收行业先进单位比较,该企业的经营能力和发展速度还很不够的,主要问题在于企业缺乏自我发展的能力,没有后劲。对此,我们采取了一些实际措施,加快企业的发展步伐。
Tieling Metal Recycling Company was established in 1976. More than a decade, the business from scratch, from small to large, and gradually developed. Since the reform and opening up, the development of enterprises has reached a certain scale and speed and was classified as a medium-sized enterprise in 1989. However, compared with the advanced units in the recycling industry in the country, the operation ability and development speed of the enterprise are not enough. The main problem lies in the lack of self-development capability and no staying power. In this regard, we have taken some practical measures to speed up the pace of business development.
