党的“十八大”以来,党的建设进入了新常态,全面从严治党也对基层党组织提出了新要求。中国电信陕西公司党组顺应中央从严治党要求及企业生产经营发展对党建工作的实际需要,于2015年10月27日~11月11日成功举办了为期16天、11场“党支部工作实务与方法送培训下基层”巡讲活动,旨在整合全省基层党建工作优秀学习实践资源,聚焦重点和经验,为基层党支部书记提供日常工作规则和方法,促进基层党支部书记进一步提高思想政治素质和服务能力以及创造性地开展工作的能力。
