辽宁民营经济规模小、产品老、融资难、生存难等问题,制约着辽宁在新一轮东北振兴中的前进步伐。辽宁民营企业的现实业绩因企业文化建设落后影响其可持续发展。加强对新一轮东北振兴与辽宁民营企业文化建设互动模式研究具有重要的意义。选择自觉、主动的企业文化与企业生产经营同频共步的互动模式,是现代民营企业发展的必由之路。
The private economy in Liaoning is small in size, old in products, difficult in financing and difficult to survive, restricting Liaoning’s progress in a new round of rejuvenation of the Northeast. The actual performance of private-owned enterprises in Liaoning lagged behind the sustainable development of their corporate culture. It is of great significance to study the interactive mode of a new round of revitalization of northeast China and the cultural construction of private enterprises in Liaoning Province. The choice of conscious, active corporate culture and corporate production and management with the frequency of the interaction of the interactive model is the only way for the development of modern private enterprises.
