通过压差法测量浮选柱内部气含率,对影响气含率的3个因素——循环压力、进气量、起泡剂用量分别进行了实验研究。利用正交实验设计方法设计正交实验,并运用极差分析和方差分析法对实验数据进行分析,得出结论:起泡剂对气含率的影响最大,进气量次之,循环压力最小;随着起泡剂浓度、进气量和循环压力的增大,气含率增大。
The gas holdup in the flotation column was measured by the differential pressure method. Three factors affecting the gas holdup, such as the circulating pressure, the amount of gas, the amount of blowing agent, were investigated experimentally. Orthogonal experimental design method is used to design orthogonal experiment, and analysis of experimental data by using range analysis and analysis of variance. The conclusion is drawn that the foaming agent has the most influence on the gas holdup, The gas holdup increases with the increase of foaming agent concentration, gas inflow and cycle pressure.
