河南省农科院副院长张新友,2011年度国家科技进步二等奖获奖项目“花生野生种优异种质发掘研究与新品种培育”第一完成人。2000年、2006年他就曾两次获得国家科技进步二等奖。
Zhang Xinyou, vice president of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the 2011 annual national science and technology progress prize two prize “peanut wild germplasm research and new breed germplasm development ” the first completed. In 2000 and 2006 he had twice won the second prize of national science and technology progress.
