2004年2月20日,国家电网公司在南京组织召开了由国电自动化研究院承担的“调度自动化集成技术研究”科技项目(项目号:SPKJ011-13)验收会。“调度自动化集成技术研究”是原国家电力公司下达的重点科技攻关项目。国电自动化研究院组织人员经过3年多的努力,研究了调度运行和生产管理自动化系统的各项技术和需求及符合二次系统安全防护要求的系统间接口模式,研究了IEC 61970等国际标准,并按标准要求建立了描述电网模型信息和各个应用信息的公用数据库定义
