建筑施工管理是确立质量方针的全部职能及工作内容,并对其工作效果进行的一系列工作。在现阶段已然暴露出来很多问题,在人们思想意识不断转变的今天,绿色建筑施工管理被得以提出应用。绿色施工管理理念是指建筑施工单位按照施工的现状产生的较为科学的管理对策,主要是在环境保护的前提下产生的,这也是一种管理理念上的创新,因为建筑施工从开始到结束会对周围的环境造成很大的影响,尤其是对自然环境造成的影响更大。基于此,本文将着重分析探讨建筑施工管理及绿色建筑施工管理。
