MSI 生产的价格为460欧元的 FX5900TD128采用了 Nvidia 的 GeforceFX 5900。其时钟频率为400MHz,DDR 显存频率为850MHz;而 FX5900 Ultra 的时钟频率为450MHz,DDR 显存频率为850MHz。而其显存较 FX5900 Ultra 来说仅为其一半,即128兆,但其显存位宽为256位。正如同类产品一样,FX5900以使用0.13微米工艺的图像过渡效果达到更好的图像清晰度。由于芯片的运行速度减缓,FX5900 TD128的 GPU 所释放的热量要比在 FX5900 Ultra 中释放得少,因此,只要借助于双面的噪音很小的散热器就能达到很好的散热效果。而它的重量也从503克减小到418克,长度从24厘米减小到21.5厘米。

Its clock frequency is 400MHz, DDR memory frequency is 850MHz; And FX5900 Ultra clock frequency is 450MHz, DDR memory frequency is 850MHz. Its memory compared with the FX5900 Ultra is only half that 128 megabytes, but its memory bandwidth is 256 bits. As with its class, the FX5900 achieves better image clarity with image transitions using the 0.13-micron process. Due to slower chip operation, the FX5900 TD128’s GPU emits less heat than the FX5900 Ultra, so good heat dissipation can be achieved with the use of double-sided, low-noise heatsinks.
