世界主要国家(地区)都对商业贿赂给予高度重视,并采取了一系列手段严惩这种腐败行为。通过逐渐摸索,有的国家(地区)在这方面已经取得了相当的实效,对我国有较大的借鉴价值。
The major countries (regions) in the world have given top priority to commercial bribery and taken a series of measures to punish such corruption. Through gradual exploration, some countries (regions) have made considerable achievements in this regard and have great reference value to our country.
