汉沽区是天津市滨海新区的一个重要组成部分,被列为天津市海滨休闲旅游度假区和循环经济示范区。几年来,汉沽区以科学发展观为指导,坚持环境保护融入经济、引领社会的战略思想,积极优化生态环境,倡导和推广循环经济,取得了可喜的成绩。一、广泛宣传,强化理念为使循环经济的理念深入社会、深入人心,汉沽区广泛宣传发展循环经济的重要性和紧迫性,多次聘请环保专家来汉沽作循环经济的专题报告,深入普及循环经济知识,强化发展循环经济的理念,引导全社会树立科学发展观和正确政绩观,把节约资源、保护环境变为每一个公民的自觉行动。同时,还广泛开展了“绿色家庭”、“绿色机关”、“绿色学校”、“绿色社区”、“生态村镇”和“环境友好企业”创建活动,使环境保护遍布社会的各个角落,不断增强社会各界和公众的参与程度。二、典型示范,引领发展为加快循环经济的发展,几年来,汉沽区积极扶持发展循环经济,涌现出一批循环经济试点、示范企业,从而带动了全区循环经济的发展,取得了较好的经济效益和环境效益。如中国石油化工股份有限公司润滑脂天津分公司,投资2000万元建成一套日处理500吨中水回用系统,不仅实现了工业废水的零排放,而且充分节约了水资源。天津汉滨投资公司依靠高新技术,以电石废渣、粉煤灰、水淬渣等工业废渣为原料,生产环保型电石废渣砖,不仅解决了工业固体废物污染环境问题,而且可以替代粘土砖,为节约土地资源开辟了一条新路。 Hangu District is an important part of Tianjin Binhai New Area and is listed as the Tianjin Coastal Recreation Resort and Circular Economy Demonstration Zone.
