The far-infrared transmission spectra of Hg1-xCdxTe were measured in the range of 4.2-300K and 20-350cm-1 by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The absorption behavior of samples on both sides of the remaining absorption bands was studied. In addition to the mono-phonons and the diphthongmodules, impurity levels and modes of vibration caused by impurities
