本研究探讨了血卟啉单甲醚(PsD-044)对狗眼球的急性和亚急性光毒作用引起的病理改变,发现PsD-044可致角巩膜炎和巩膜血管周围炎。光毒性睫状体炎和视网膜炎性水肿以延期处死的动物眼球为重。提示服用PsD-044后,眼球避光保护是必须的。
This study investigated the hematoporphyrin monomethyl ether (PsD-044) on the dog’s eye caused by acute and sub-acute phototoxic effects caused by pathological changes, found that PsD-044 can cause scleritis and sclera perivascular inflammation. Phototoxic ciliary body inflammation and retinal inflammatory edema to delay the death of animals eye weight as the most important. Tip PsD-044, the eye dark protection is necessary.
