作为课堂教学的组织者,教师就应该机智地把握学生动态生成性资源,及时地调整自身的教学预设,进而顺势调整教学,促进课堂沿着正确的方向发展,从而提升课堂教学效益。本文将从以下三方面进行阐述:关注互动,让学生在师生交流中提升思维智慧;聚焦氛围,让学生的自主意识在和谐环境中重新构建;紧扣目标,让学生的偏差认知在教师点拨下得以纠正。
As the organizer of classroom teaching, teachers should intelligently grasps students’ dynamic generative resources, adjusts their own teaching preconditions in time, and then adjusts homeopathy to promote the development of classrooms in the right direction so as to enhance classroom teaching effectiveness.
