3、二～五层客房五层是2002年装饰的商务层,本次装修仅进行维修,二～四层共有自然间249间(加五层则有332间),经改建后有145套(加五层则有182套)。详见附表原有旧建筑物,开间为4米,进深约为6.7米(包括卫生间),客房的面积等硬件条件明显欠佳,因此采用三种平面形式进行改建,即二改一,三改二,三改一(即两个标准间改为一套),其中,二改一约为54%,三改二约为21%,两者约占总套数的75%。改建原则就是在面积及其他硬件上尽量向星级宾馆的高分值上靠近。
