以硫酸盐竹浆为原料、过硫酸氢钾复合盐为漂白剂,进行硫酸盐竹浆的漂白试验,研究过硫酸氢钾复合盐对硫酸盐竹浆的漂白作用。结果表明:过硫酸氢钾复合盐对氧脱木素后的浆料有明显的漂白作用,可氧化脱除纸浆中的残余木素,使浆料的卡伯值降低、白度提高;其适宜的漂白条件为:纸浆浓度10%、漂剂用量1.2%、pH 10.5、温度60℃、时间60 min;过硫酸氢钾复合盐与过氧化氢有较好的协同作用,将其与过氧化氢结合起来用于纸浆漂白,可进一步提高纸浆的白度。
