由于硬质块矿资源迅速匮乏,因此,关于高炉炉料的理化和冶金性能的技术条件日益变得更严。这样,必然会产生出若干严格的标准检验方法来保证原料质量的均匀性。本文叙述各物理检验方法的关系,例如铁矿、锰矿石和铬矿及它们相差的烧结矿的落下、转鼓和耐磨指数的关系,以便确定冲击和研磨对上述矿石和烧结矿的影响。试验得出各矿石和相应烧结矿落下指数与转鼓指数、落下指数与耐磨指数之间存在相同的相关关系。
Due to the rapid scarcity of hard lump ore resources, the technical conditions regarding the physical, chemical and metallurgical properties of blast furnace charge are increasingly becoming more stringent. This will inevitably produce a number of rigorous standard test methods to ensure the uniformity of the quality of raw materials. This paper describes the relationship of various physical test methods such as the relationship between drop in iron ore, manganese ore and chrome ore and their difference in sinter, drum and wear index to determine the impact of impact and grinding on these ores and sinter. The ore and corresponding sinter drop index and drum index were obtained from the experiment. The same correlation was found between drop index and wear index.
