2010年8月,我被调到宝龙小学主持学校工作,学校复杂性大家都有所了解,经常有家长到校找老师或校长理论,我百思不得其解,到底是为什么家长对学校的工作这么不理解、不支持,有这么大的敌对情绪?后来,我深入到老师中间了解到:学校已有七年没有庆祝过“六一”儿童节,也从未开展过游园活动、诗歌朗诵等活动,平时几乎没请家长参加过什么活动,更不用说召开家长会,缺乏心与心的交流,导致怨声载道,家长与学校教育完全脱节。
