基础教育课程改革的浪潮滚滚而来,新课程体系在功能、结构、内容等方面都较原来的课程有了重大创新和突破。这场改革给教师带来了严峻的挑战和不可多得的机遇。面对新课程,教师将一切从“新”开始:重新理解教育,重新理解课程,重新认识学生,重新设计教学。这对教师的专业素质提出了前所未有的新要求,每一位教师将在新课改面前实现新的“蜕变”、新的跨越。作为新课程实施者的教师,应该以新课程改革为契机,不断地加强学习,提升自己的专业素质,以全新的姿态、全方位的准备迎接新课标的挑战。
The wave of basic education curriculum reform has rolled in. The new curriculum system has made major innovations and breakthroughs in its functions, structure, and content compared with the original curriculum. This reform has brought serious challenges and rare opportunities for teachers. Facing the new curriculum, teachers start everything from the “new”: re-understand education, re-understand the curriculum, re-understand the students, and re-design the teaching. This puts forward unprecedented new demands on the professional qualities of teachers. Each teacher will implement a new “transformation” and a new leap in front of the new curriculum reform.
