黑松林水库位于渭河二级支流冶峪河上游,是一座以灌溉为主结合防洪的中型水库。水库1959年5月建成,1978年在水电部召开的丹江会议上被确定为全国水库泥沙重点观测水库。水库枢纽工程由大坝、放水洞和溢洪道三部分组成。均质土坝坝高45.5米;放水洞兼作排沙洞,最大引水流量10米~3/秒;溢洪道为开敞式,最大泄流量1600米~3/秒。水库总库容1439万米~3,防洪库容570万米~3,有效库容790万米~3,死库容70万米~3,灌区有效灌溉面积10.82万亩。黑松林水库控制流域面积370平方公里,坝址以上干流长31公里,河床比降1/100。
Located in the upper reaches of Yeyu River, the second tributary of the Weihe River, the Black Pine Forest Reservoir is a medium-sized reservoir mainly flood-controlled with irrigation. The reservoir was completed in May 1959 and was designated as the National Key Reservoir for Reservoirs and Sediments at the Danjiang Conference held in MEP in 1978. The reservoir project consists of three parts: dam, water diversion tunnel and spillway. Homogeneous earth dam dam height 45.5 m; drainage hole doubles as a sand hole, the maximum water diversion flow of 10 m ~ 3 / s; spillway is open, the maximum discharge of 1600 m ~ 3 / s. The total storage capacity of the reservoir is 14,390,000 m 3, the flood control capacity is 5,700 m 3, the effective storage capacity is 7,900 m 3, and the dead storage capacity is 700,000 m 3. The irrigated area is effectively 108,200 mu. Heishuolin reservoir control basin area of 370 square kilometers, the dam above the main stream 31 km long, the river bed down 1/100.
