Ⅰ.EPR-g-PS热塑弹性体的合成及表征 本工作以阴离子聚合得到的末端具有不饱合双键的聚苯乙烯大分子单体与乙烯、丙烯在钒催化体系下共聚合,得到乙丙橡胶(EPR)为主干、聚苯乙烯(PS)为支链的新型热塑弹性体。探讨了聚合条件对大分子单体共聚合反应及产物结构的影响。用GPC法及渗透压法对分离所得纯接枝共聚物进行了表征;计算了分子结构参数。扭摆动态力学
I. Synthesis and Characterization of EPR-g-PS Thermoplastic Elastomer Polystyrene macromonomer with unsaturated double bond at the terminal end obtained by anionic polymerization was copolymerized with ethylene and propylene in a vanadium catalyst system to obtain Ethylene-propylene rubber (EPR) as the backbone, polystyrene (PS) as a new thermoplastic elastomer branched. The effects of polymerization conditions on the copolymerization and product structure of macromer were discussed. The pure grafted copolymer was characterized by GPC and osmotic pressure.
