1963年出生于河北宙启山市.毕业于解放军艺术学院典术系国画专业和北京菌院高级研修班。现任北京国宝书画院副院长;新加坡美术总会海外名誉顾问;中国诗书画研究会研究员。曾在新加坡、美国纽约、法国卢浮宫博物馆、英国爱丁堡、阿联酋迪拜、中国美术馆、中国人民革命军事博物馆等重要艺术机构举办学术交流和艺术展览。出版并发行《中国近现代名家精品丛书——郭有河作品精选》等擞本个人专辑,央视书面频道、中国教育电视台、《中国正能回》栏目、《求是》杂志、《荣宝斋》杂志、《国画家》杂志、《美术报》、《中国书画家》、《新加坡联合早报》等多家主流娜体对其进行过专题报道。
Born in Qizhishan, Hebei Province in 1963, he graduated from the Chinese Painting Academy of the Department of Art of the People’s Liberation Army Academy of Art and was honored as Senior Seminar of Beijing Institute of Bacteria. He currently serves as Vice President of Beijing State Treasure Painting and Calligraphy Institute; Overseas Honorary Adviser of Singapore Art Association; Researcher of Chinese Poetry Calligraphy and Painting Research Society. He has held academic exchanges and art exhibitions in Singapore, the United States, New York, the Louvre Museum in France, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, Dubai, China Art Museum, the Chinese People’s Revolutionary Military Museum and other important arts institutions. Published and distributed “China Modern and Contemporary Masters Series - Guo Youhe Works Featured” and other personal album, CCTV written channel, China Education Television, “China is able to return” section, “Qiushi” magazine, “Rong Bao Zhai” Magazine, “Chinese painter” magazine, “art newspaper”, “Chinese calligraphers”, “Singapore Lianhe Zaobao” and many other mainstream Na body carried its special reports.
