以南方4种针叶树种(杉木、马尾松、湿地松、火炬松)种子为研究对象,采取自主设计的高压静电种子处理装置,设置不同的电场强度(1.5、2.5、3.5、4.5、5.5 k V·cm-1)和处理时间(5、10 min),及不经电场处理的对照组(CK),探讨不同电场处理对杉木、马尾松、湿地松和火炬松干、湿种子萌发规律的影响。结果表明:对4种树种干种子施加不同电场强度处理后,只有马尾松干种子发芽势、发芽率和火炬松干种子发芽势在处理10 min时存在显著影响(P<0.05),其它树种干种子发芽势和发芽率在各处理条件下均无显著影响(P>0.05)。而4种树种湿种子经不同电场强度处理后,除了杉木湿种子发芽势和马尾松湿种子发芽势和发芽率在不同处理时间下有显著影响(P<0.05),其它各树种湿种子在各处理条件下均未达显著水平(P>0.05)。
The seeds of four coniferous species (Cunninghamia lanceolata, Pinus massoniana, Pinus elliottii and Pinus taeda) in the south of China were taken as research object. Different high-voltage electrostatic seed treatment devices were designed to set different electric field intensities (1.5, 2.5, 3.5, 4.5, · Cm-1) and the treatment time (5,10 min) and the control group (CK) without electric field were used to investigate the effects of different electric field treatments on the germination of dry and wet seeds of Chinese fir, Pinus massoniana, Pinus elliottii and Pinus taeda . The results showed that only the seed germination potential, germination rate and dry seed germination potential of Pinus massoniana had significant effects (P <0.05) at 10 min after application of different electric field intensities to the dry seeds of four species, Seed germination potential and germination rate had no significant effect under all treatments (P> 0.05). The wet seed of four species had significant effects (P <0.05) except for the germination potential of wet seed and the germination potential and germination rate of wet seed of P. massoniana treated by different electric field intensities (P <0.05) No significant difference was found under the treatment conditions (P> 0.05).
