翼状胬肉是眼科常见病。大多需要手术治疗。我院机病情需要，采用不同术式治疗69眼，效果满意。临床资料：1995－1997年两年手术58例69眼。男9例，女49例。30一40岁6例，40－60岁50例，60岁以上者2例。治疗方法：所有病例术前均滴氟美松氯霉素眼液（氯氟液）1周。（1）胬肉单纯
Pterygium is a common eye disease. Most require surgery. My hospital condition needs, using different surgical treatment of 69 eyes, the effect is satisfactory. Clinical data: 58 cases 69 eyes were operated in two years from 1995 to 1997. 9 males and 49 females. 30 to 40 years in 6 cases, 40-60 years old in 50 cases, 60 years of age in 2 cases. Treatment: All cases were premedication flumethasone chloramphenicol eye drops (chlorofluorohydrin) for 1 week. (1) 胬 meat simple
