天津市河西区东楼跃进楼共有3幢四层民用建筑,建筑面积6015m~2,于1958年4月施工。楼高11m,开间3.3m。内横墙承重,厚24cm;内纵墙不承重,厚12cm;均为75号机砖,用25号砂浆砌筑。楼板为空心砖钢筋混凝土密肋T形小梁,上铺笆砖,水泥抹面,楼板厚15cm,顶板为8cm厚现浇钢筋混凝土板,混凝土标号均为150号。屋盖无保温层,顶板下吊有板条抹灰顶棚,基础地耐力为10～12tf/m~2(本文中1tf≈10kN),
There are three four-story civil buildings at Yuejinlou, the east floor of Hexi District, Tianjin. The building area is 6015m~2. It was constructed in April 1958. The height is 11m and the distance is 3.3m. The inner horizontal wall bearing, thickness 24cm; the inner vertical wall is not bearing, thickness 12cm; both are No.75 bricks, with No. 25 mortar masonry. The floor slabs are hollow brick reinforced concrete ribbed T-shaped trabecules, topped rammed bricks, cement trowel, slabs 15cm thick, and the top slab is 8cm thick cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The concrete markings are No. 150. There is no insulation layer on the roof, and there are slatted plaster ceilings under the roof. The endurance of the foundation is 10~12tf/m~2 (1tf≈10kN in this article).
