目的通过肌电图测试了解线性总义齿和解剖式总义齿修复患者的咀嚼肌肌电活动。方法利用EMG对30例线性牙合总义齿和30例解剖式牙合总义齿修复患者测量双侧嚼肌和颞肌前束在正中颌位大力咬合及咀嚼循环时的肌电图。结果在正中颌位大力咬合时,线性总义齿修复组颞肌前束肌电值高于解剖式总义齿修复组,尤以牙槽嵴吸收严重的患者最为明显(P<0.05);在咀嚼运动循环中,线性总义齿咀嚼周期的间歇期短于解剖式总义齿(P<0.05)。结论线性总义齿修复有利于咀嚼肌功能的发挥。
Objective To understand the electromyographic activity of masticatory muscles in patients with linear total denture and anatomic total denture. Methods EMG was used to measure the electromyography of the bilateral masseter and anterior temporal fascia during the maxillary maxillary occlusion and masturbation in 30 patients with linear total denture and 30 patients with anatomical total denture. Results The maxillary electromyogram of the temporal lobe muscle in the linear total denture restoration group was significantly higher than that in the anatomical total denture group, especially in patients with severe alveolar ridge absorption (P <0.05). In the chewing exercise cycle, the interval of chewing period of linear total denture was shorter than that of anatomic total denture (P <0.05). Conclusion The linear total denture repair is conducive to the function of masticatory muscles.
