目的 探讨自体角膜缘干细胞球结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效以及显微手术技术的有关要点。方法 应用自体角膜缘干细胞球结膜移植治疗翼状胬肉38例52只眼,其中静止期翼状胬肉13例22只眼,活动期25例30只眼,包括复发性胬肉3例4只眼,随访期最长18个月,最短6个月。结果 经过平均11.80个月观察,只有1眼胬肉术後复发(占52只眼的1.92％),其余病例无复发,角膜上皮稳定、泪膜正常、供区角膜创面正常愈合。结论 本术式是目前治疗翼状胬肉最为安全有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of corneal limbal stem cell conjunctiva transplantation for the treatment of pterygium and the relevant points of microsurgical technique. Methods The corneal limbal stem cell conjunctiva transplantation was used to treat 38 cases of pterygium in 52 eyes, including 13 cases of pterygium at rest in 13 eyes, active stage of 25 cases and 30 eyes, including 3 cases of recurrent pterygium in 4 cases, The longest follow-up period of 18 months, minimum 6 months. Results After an average of 11.80 months of observation, only 1 rectal recurrence occurred after surgery (accounting for 1.92% of 52 eyes). No recurrence was found in other cases. The corneal epithelium was stable and the tear film was normal for the corneal wound healing. Conclusion This procedure is currently the most safe and effective treatment of pterygium.
