在烧结过程中,控制烧结的终点、调节混合料料仓的恒定料位显得特别重要。本文介绍了富塞(Fussy)逻辑调节系统。该调节系统能确保烧结终点曲线上的快速定向和连续正确地调节烧结机的速度以及材料对混合料料仓的最佳要求。奥地利钢铁厂炼冶人员在5号烧结机上进行了试验,得出了新的调节原理,由于有效控制烧结终点每天可以节约三万德国马克。尽管混合条件很稳定,然而在烧结机上还会出现烧结终点的移动现象,故对传统的调节装置用富塞控制系统进行了改造。图一所示为两种调节装置(混合料和烧结终点调节装置)和风箱中测温点之间的关系。
During the sintering process, it is particularly important to control the end point of the sintering and to adjust the constant level of the mix hopper. This article describes the Fussy logic conditioning system. The adjustment system ensures fast orientation on the end of the sintering curve and a continuous and correct adjustment of the speed of the sintering machine as well as the optimum material requirements for the mix hopper. The Austrian steelmaker refinery experimented on a No. 5 sintering machine and came up with a new conditioning principle that saved thirty thousand German marks per day because of the effective control of the sintering end point. Although the mixing conditions are very stable, however, there is also a shift of the sintering end point on the sintering machine, so that the conventional conditioning apparatus is modified with the Fusai control system. Figure 1 shows the relationship between the two conditioning units (mixture and end point adjustment) and the temperature at the bellows.
