笔者自1990年3月～1991年9月,采用苯海拉明治疗眩晕20例,疗效较好,现报告如下。临床资料本组20例中,男性5例,女性15例,年龄在35～63岁,平均年龄48岁,病程2～6年。临床病例均有发作性眩晕、耳鸣、耳聋,伴恶心、呕吐,皮肤苍白,出冷汗。诊断为美尼氏综合征15例,椎-基底动脉供血不足5例。治疗方法用苯海拉明100 mg加入10％葡萄糖液500 ml静脉滴注,每天1次,持续2～7天。结果 8例用药1次,症状消失,4例连续用药

Clinical data The group of 20 cases, 5 males and 15 females, aged 35 to 63 years, mean age 48 years, duration of 2 to 6 years. Clinical cases have episodes of vertigo, tinnitus, deafness, with nausea, vomiting, pale skin, a cold sweat. Fifteen cases were diagnosed as Meniere’s syndrome, and 5 cases had vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Treatment with diphenhydramine 100 mg 10% glucose solution 500 ml intravenous infusion, once daily for 2 to 7 days. Results 8 cases of medication 1 times, the symptoms disappeared, 4 cases of continuous medication
