求职面试是大学生走向社会时需要应答的第一份考卷。随着高职生就业压力的不断增加和用人单位对高职毕业生的具体要求的不断提高,求职面试中综合能力综合素质及社交礼仪姿态的表现显得十分重要。本文剖析了高职毕业生在面试环节中特别需要注意到的礼仪姿态细节,并根据高职毕业生的成长心理和学习求职过程中存在的多种具体性问题提出了一些参考借鉴意见。
Job interview is a college student to social need to answer the first test. With the increasing employment pressure of higher vocational students and the continuous improvement of the specific requirements of employers for higher vocational graduates, it is very important that the performance of comprehensive competence and social etiquette attitude in job interviews are improved. This article analyzes the details of etiquette gestures that higher vocational students need to pay special attention to in the interview session and puts forward some suggestions for reference according to the growth psychology of higher vocational graduates and the various concrete problems in the process of seeking employment.
