目的分析新疆医科大学某附属医院2009-2013年毕业的统招硕士研究生在读期间的科研论文发表情况,为今后研究生教育的管理及发展提供实证性依据。方法查阅新疆医科大学某附属医院2009-2013年毕业研究生在读期间期刊发表论文情况及中外文参考文献引用情况的有关数据,对其进行描述性分析。结果2009-2013年该院研究生在读期间发表的期刊论文总数年均增长率为1.42%,一般期刊年均增长率(10.33%)高于核心期刊年均增长率(-0.14%);研究生在书写研究生学位论文时所引用的参考文献也呈增长趋势,中文参考文献引用比例由2009年的33.46%下降至2013年的29.51%,外文文献引用比例由2009年的66.54%增加至2013年的70.49%。2013年研究生学位论文中文参考文献引用较2009年下降,2009-2013年的参考文献引用年均增长率为-8.79%;2013年外文文献引用总数较2009年上升,但近5年的参考文献引用数量呈下降趋势,年均增长率为-3.47%。结论要提高研究生科研能力,尤其是核心期刊论文发表数量及质量,需要根据专业特点改革培养目标的设定和相关科研政策,完善培养方案,对于全面提升研究生培养质量至关重要。
Objective To analyze the published papers of research essay of graduate students majoring in Stroke during the period of 2009-2013 graduated from a certain affiliated hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in 2009-2013 to provide empirical evidence for the management and development of postgraduate education in the future. Methods The descriptive analysis was carried out on the data published in journals published in the period of 2009-2013 graduates of a medical college in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region during the period of reading and the references of the references in both Chinese and foreign languages. Results The average number of journal articles published by postgraduates during the period of 2009-2013 was 1.42%. The average annual growth rate of regular periodicals (10.33%) was higher than that of core periodicals (-0.14%). During the period of writing The references cited in graduate dissertations also showed an increasing trend. The quoted percentage of Chinese references dropped from 33.46% in 2009 to 29.51% in 2013, and the quotation of foreign literature increased from 66.54% in 2009 to 70.49% . The citations of Chinese references for graduate dissertations in 2013 dropped from those of 2009, with an average annual growth rate of reference of citation from 2009 to 2013 of -8.79%. The total number of citations of foreign literature in 2013 increased compared with that of 2009, but the references of the last five years The number of decline, the average annual growth rate of -3.47%. Conclusion To improve the ability of postgraduates in scientific research, especially the quantity and quality of papers published in core journals, it is necessary to reform the setting of training objectives and relevant scientific research policies according to their specialties and improve their training programs. This is of crucial importance in enhancing the overall quality of postgraduate education.
