1999～2009年煤炭产业进行了大规模的并购重组,煤炭企业并购重组对煤炭产业产生了哪些影响,这样大规模的并购重组是否还应继续?本文运用产业集中率法对煤炭产业并购重组进行了分析,并结合产量分析、管理用财务报表分析得出我国煤炭产业集中度与美国仍有很大差距,目前处于分散竞争时期,我国煤炭产业应该继续实施并购重组战略。
