在Al-8Ti系钛铝基汽车轮毂材料中添加不同含量的合金元素Sr或Sb,并进行了显微组织、物相组成和高温蠕变抗性的测试与分析。结果表明,在Al-8Ti中添加合金元素Sr或Sb,可细化晶粒,提高高温蠕变抗性,尤其是复合添加0.5wt%Sr和0.3wt%Sb的改善效果最明显。与未添加合金元素的Al-8Ti合金相比,复合添加0.5wt%Sr和0.3wt%Sb可使合金平均晶粒尺寸减小58.5%,使蠕变激活能增加62.8%。
Different contents of alloying elements Sr or Sb were added into the Al-8Ti titanium-based automobile wheel hub materials, and the microstructure, phase composition and creep resistance at high temperature were tested and analyzed. The results show that addition of alloying elements Sr or Sb to Al-8Ti can refine grains and improve creep resistance at high temperature. The most obvious improvement effect is the composite addition of 0.5wt% Sr and 0.3wt% Sb. The addition of 0.5wt% Sr and 0.3wt% Sb can reduce the average grain size of alloy by 58.5% and increase the creep activation energy by 62.8% compared with Al-8Ti alloy with no added alloying elements.
