古人有言:“师者,所以传道授业解惑也。”德育优于智育,作为天底下最光辉的职业——人民教师,在教育学生的时候,既要把前人的智慧硕果传授给孩子们,也要教导这些学生如何做人。随着经济的飞速发展,人民的生活水平以及生活观念也随之得以提升。和早期的家庭教育不同的是现在很多父母对孩子都是采取“溺爱”的家庭式的教育方式,在一定程度上家长放松了对孩子的德育教育的有效引导。对孩子进行的德育教育重担就落在了学校的身上,这就需要学校在德育方面有必要“更上一层楼”。本文也主要从德育教育展开几点自己的见解,具体分析见下几点:
