近年来,我国各地应用中草药救治银环蛇咬伤患者,疗效有显著提高。1972年我院在广州蛇药原方的基础上,进行了药物筛选和剂型改革,组成了广州蛇药新一方。实验证明,广州蛇药新一方对眼镜蛇毒和银环蛇毒中毒的小白鼠均有显著的保护作用,且较原方效果更好。几年来,我们以该方应用于临床,收治了各种毒蛇咬伤患者45例(其中银环蛇咬伤12例),疗效比前有所提高。但对银环蛇咬伤后危重中毒以至呼吸停止者,则救治的成功率很低。1975年7月我们收治了一例银环蛇咬伤危重中毒的患者,昏迷11天,呼吸停止30天,
